At Vidhyadaanam, we believe that education is not just the responsibility of the school, but of the entire community. Through our Vargya initiative, we focus on strengthening the bond between schools, parents, and local communities to improve the quality of education.
By enhancing teachers' professional skills and ensuring active community involvement, we create a learning environment that nurtures students both inside and outside the classroom. We also conduct health check camps and informative sessions on topics like hygiene, farming techniques, and financial literacy to support the well-being of children and their families.

Role: Social Media Intern
Vidhyadaanam is looking for passionate volunteers to join as Social Media Interns. As part of our team, you will help amplify our message and bring attention to our cause by creating engaging content and managing our social media presence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and design posts for social media platforms using Canva
• Develop and curate content that aligns with Vidhyadaanam's mission and values
• Regularly update and schedule posts across social media platforms
• Assist with digital marketing strategies to increase engagement and visibility
Requirements:
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
• Basic understanding of digital marketing
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Duration: 3 months

Thanks to your invaluable contributions, we were able to provide:
• School bags to 385 kids, ensuring they have the tools they need to succeed.
• Stationery kits in eco-friendly pouches to approximately 385 kids, promoting both education and environmental awareness.
• Sponsored an external English teacher, who visited 3-4 schools each week, dedicating a day to enhance communication and interpersonal skills. The results were truly inspiring; students have begun confidently using English in their daily conversations.
