As the winter chill tightens its grip and temperatures drop day by day, Nagpur Municipal Corporation (NMC), in collaboration with Sahyadri Foundation, has taken a compassionate initiative to protect the homeless and beggars braving the harsh weather.

Astha Shelter, supported by NMC, Sahyadri Foundation, and the Nagpur Police Department, has become a beacon of hope for those without a roof over their heads. The team actively rescues homeless individuals from footpaths, temples, mosques, and other vulnerable areas, ensuring they receive:

• Warm Clothing

• Nutritious Meals

• Medical Care

• Safe and Secure Shelter

This noble effort ensures that no one is left behind during these challenging months. Together, we are making Nagpur a city of care and compassion.
