Vidya & Child has established a model of engagement to ensure that each child completes school education, is skill enabled through professional or vocational education.
Vidya & Child is a 25+ year old organisation and has been built with years of trust and belief from its diverse set of employees, partners, vendors and the community that it works with. It is with this belief system that we are able to cater to more than 2000 children and 600+ children have completed their Class 12 and are pursuing their dreams across 21 different careers.

• The work with the child involves building an understanding of the ‘world of each child’ - the child's background, interests, strengths, passions, dreams, individual concerns, relationships with self, family, friends and community. Actions are taken for and with the child after discussions across all aspects impacting on a child's emotional and physical well-being.
A team of 140 employees comprising teachers, facilitators, and leaders for various processes, together ensure implementation of the engagement model.
