$25 – Provide 10 meals at the Community Soup Kitchen

$100 – Feed a family for a week

$200 – Supply one day of rent to the Community Soup Kitchen

$500 – Adopt a pizza party for everyone at the Community Soup Kitchen

$1,250 – Adopt a hot lunch at the Community Soup Kitchen

$2,500 – Adopt lunch and dinner for a day at the Community Soup Kitchen

$6,000 – Fund one month of rent at the Community Soup Kitchen

$7,000 – Adopt one month of meals for EP On Wheels

Celebrating International Day of Charity

Despite the slight delay in our posting schedule, the importance of International Charity Day drives us to share this message today. We believe that celebrating charity should not be limited to a single day; it should be a year-round commitment. So, even though we are a bit late, let's keep the spirit of giving alive every day.

International Day of Charity is celebrated worldwide on 5th September to remind us of the immense importance of giving back. This day encourages us to be compassionate and selfless, reminding us that small acts of kindness can make a world of difference. In a world that sometimes feels divided, charity unites us in the spirit of generosity.

On this day, we are celebrating Elijah's Promise, a nonprofit organization dedicated primarily to tackling challenges associated with food insecurity, hunger, and poverty. Their program "Community Soup Kitchen" provides free meals to individuals and families in need. They serve nutritious meals to help combat hunger among the homeless and low-income populations. They are fulfilling the goal of charity by providing nourishing meals to those in need.

Let's remember that charity goes beyond monetary donations; it's about spreading kindness and being there for one another.
