Our dual pronged mission tackle two critical gaps in India’s educational landscape

To restore dignity, purpose and provide sustainable livelihood to graduate housewives - often overlooked - by training them to become able educators. .

To bring joyful, foundational learning to children who are often left behind.

Upasana - Empowering Women to Empower Children

Upasana is a transformative teacher training program based on Multiple Intelligence methodology. It enables educated but underemployed graduate housewives from underserved communities to become confident, capable part time teachers.

Vipasana - Bridging Learning Gaps for Underprivileged Children

Vipasana is our FLN initiative, where trained Upasana educators help children from low-income families strengthen their foundational literacy and numeracy skills—ensuring they don’t fall behind in school or in life.

Today, we’ve reached 5000+ children by training 560 teachers , employed in 88 learning centers across 28 districts of Tamil Nadu.

By 2028, our vision is to uplift 500 women and support 5,000 children through a growing network of FLN centres —scaling local impact through community development across Tamil Nadu.
