Crossing Paths Animal Rescue began 2006 in Blount County, AL, over the high number of homeless and abandoned animals in our county. Local shelters are considered high-kill facilities, many dogs are under a 7 days limit. We find forever homes for as many homeless dogs as possible - abandoned and with very little hope of rescue. We bring awareness of the availability of wonderful dogs to PA, neighboring states and to facilitate adoptions in the Northeast where there is more demand for highly adoptable dogs.
