Our mission is to strengthen our region through development, stewardship and grantmaking as donors achieve their philanthropic goals. We serve both Elk and McKean Counties in supporting non-profit organizations that provide services to our residents and the Foundation seeks to meet the needs of the community rather than the needs of individuals.
