The Community Assistance Network, Inc. (CAN)'s mission is to work in partnership with the community to develop, operate, and support programs that reduce vulnerability and promote personal growth, stability and self-sufficiency among low-income residents. We operate two of Baltimore County's largest homeless shelters that house over 300 men, women, and children, as well as a food pantry that serves 40-50 families daily. We also provide energy efficiency measures and outreach services.
