The Amour Science Foundation (Amour Fund) is a nonprofit organization founded to find a cure for PMM2 deficiency. PMM2-CDG, a Congenital Disorder of Glycosylation is an ultra-rare genetic disorder caused by mutations in the PMM2 gene. Only about 1000 children and adults have been reported worldwide. Our vision is for everyone with CDG to live to their fullest potential. Our mission is to fund scientific research, advocate for patients, raise awareness, and provide support.
