Aguilas del Desierto is a nonprofit organization founded in 2012 dedicated to the search and rescue of migrants across the Mexico-United States border. We conduct monthly search missions, manage a help hotline and conduct awareness campaigns. Our group is comprised of nearly 50 diverse multi-generational volunteers. 90% of our searches are conducted in Southern California and Southern Arizona. We are strictly humanitarian. Since our founding, we assisted BP in almost 800 rescues, 300 in 2023 alone.
