Meet Onkunya Nimrod Tome, our Student of the Month for December 2024! Nimrod, a 16-year-old from Nairobi, is currently in Form Two at Kanga Boys High School. His favorite subjects are Biology and Chemistry, and he aspires to become a doctor, specifically in medicine and surgery, after high school.

Nimrod’s journey hasn’t been without challenges. Growing up in a humble background, he often worried about the uncertainty of his education due to financial struggles at home. But thanks to the support from the Pangea Network, Nimrod no longer has to worry about his school fees. The program has provided him with the opportunity to focus fully on his studies, and he is making great strides toward his dream of becoming a doctor.

Since joining Pangea, Nimrod has excelled in his core subjects and now feels confident in his academic future. His most proud achievement is mastering subjects that were once challenging for him. With his passion for medicine, dedication to his studies, and the support of the Pangea Network, we know Nimrod is on his way to accomplishing amazing things.
