💻 Khushbu is balancing work and learning. She works in the administrative section at SVP Hospital, managing patient information and housekeeping records. Alongside, she’s pursuing an IT-focused course and completing her final year of graduation through Ambedkar University, a distance learning university.
🚗 Komal Madhuben is excelling in sales at a Tata automobile showroom.
📚Manisha, Kadam’s first coordinator from within the community, is soon stepping down to begin a new chapter in her life as she is getting married and may move out of Ahmedabad. Manisha’s journey is one of quiet determination and resilience. She completed her elementary education through NIOS, graduated in sociology while coordinating Kadam, and has served as a mature and sensitive leader over the past two years. She was recently selected as a Constitution Fellow at Sauhard (supported by the Azim Premji Foundation) to raise awareness about the Constitution of India among adolescent girls. Although she has chosen not to take up this role due to her upcoming relocation, Kadam will always be grateful for her exemplary leadership and the inspiration she has provided to others.
📊 Poonam works as a back-office executive at Volga, a refrigeration company.
🏢 Komal (Nani) shines in administration and front desk roles at Vedant Innovative IT Transformation Pvt. Ltd.
🎙️ Mehzebin is amplifying voices as a community-based reporter at Radio Nazariya and occasionally as an RJ!
✍️ Shirin has recently left her previous job and is exploring new opportunities.
🌏 Misba is excelling in sales at an outlet of JAM UN Medical, a Korean company specializing in healthcare products.
Beyond this, 25 KEI students are studying hard across various education levels to build their own paths to success.
